「實體混搭線上」是最好的學習模式，尤其適合「自主學習典範」。

但是天邊飄來三朵烏雲：

  1. 去公共化：資本家透過大廠壟斷工具，而國家總是挺大廠
  2. 高互動性的模式還須要更成熟
  3. 人民的軟硬體條件差距太大

解決之道是進行三種不同層次的採集與剖析

super users 工具與平台的匯集與剖析(兼具可負擔的考量)
power users 網絡節點(師、工)：人際關係的重建構
end users 學員中的代表：對需求的好定義，考驗方案
